CTRL + ALT + DEL

I got a new computer this weekend and it’s got me to thinking.  Sometimes we just need to hit CTRL + ALT + DEL.

It really is that simple.

CTRL - take control of what you are seeing and feeding yourself daily.  If it doesn’t serve you, get rid of it. This includes your social media feed!  Remember, social media is just a snapshot or postcard from one moment, usually the best one, and doesn’t show the whole picture.  All people have shame, get anxious, feel sadness, and struggle.  Other things you can control: attitude  • words • manners • action & effort!

ATL - alter what you say to yourself on a daily basis.  Don’t let your mind meanie (MM) say ugly things to you.  I know that my MM has been used to running the show for a LONG time & plays awful things on repeat.  Lately, I’ve been clapping 👏🏼back and testing the “truths” I’ve believed for so long.  Other things you can alter is how you respond.  You are not a 🧽sponge!  You get to choose what you soak up, listen to, focus on, and believe.

DEL - there are energy givers & energy suckers in life.  It’s easy to spot the givers, they leave you feeling a little MORE sparkly then before.  DEL the suckers and know this, not all suckers are people.  The suckers are hard to notice but you’ll know by the way they leave you feeling.  Pay attention. If it leaves you feeling less... it’s probably a sucker. We must change our energy to change our lives.

#PardonMyPositivity but I think it’s never to late to CTL + ALT + DEL.  If you aren’t happy with yesterday, do something different today!  Do not stay stuck!  Reboot! ♥️ Darlene
