One good thing at a time

Here’s a cute joke for you. 

There are five 🐸 frogs on a log. One decides to jump off. How many are left?

Five because [[ deciding ]] isn't doing. 🙌🏻

Okay, so that might not be the greatest joke but I’m sure you can guess where I’m headed with this week’s #pardonmypositivity post. 

Deciding to do something isn’t enough. You have to put action into play ...every ... single .. day to make it official.  🌟

You can:

✏️ talk about it

✏️ dream about it

✏️ pray about it

.... but until you get yourself invested with actual activity you ain’t gonna get “it”.  

So here we are with our fresh new week & our list of goals we are working on.  How about instead of trying to reach ALL them at once we just take ONE single action today towards what we want?  

And when we nail that, we repeat it again tomorrow?  

And again... and again... 

I know that sounds really simple but what if instead of trying to change our whole lives overnight we change our focus to adding ONE good thing each day instead?  

Doesn’t that sound so much more doable & achievable?  (It sure does!!)

And then we can build on that one good thing at a time and just keep adding them in as we go.

Can you imagine the compound effect of that?   

So tell me below what’s ONE thing you can do today & build on, that will make you feel great & accomplished?
